• Conduct regular building inspections and condition assessments, recommending capital‑expenditure plans to extend asset life and minimize unplanned downtime.
• Manage third‑party service contracts—inspections, cleaning, landscaping, security—under centralized procurement standards for cost savings and consistent service quality.
